
Dr. Nadine Rall is a senior lecturer in the Department of Clinical Practice at the Medical School. As a registered nurse and midwife specialist by profession, with 13 years of experience in academia, she had been a lecturer for midwifery students both in undergraduate and postgraduate program. She steered the clinical coordination of the midwifery clinical module in the Department of Nursing before joining the Medical School. Her research interests are simulation-based education, as well as maternal, women, and child health. Dr. Rall had supervised numerous research students in conducting their honours and master's studies. She is currently involved with research supervision of doctoral students within the Faculty of Health Sciences. Additionally, she has served as an external examiner for both master's and doctoral candidates.
As a clinical skills laboratory coordinator in the medical school her teaching primarily emphasizes clinical skills. She is passionate about the teaching of simulation-based education and assessment practices in the undergraduate medical program at the Medical School. Nadine strives to create a learning environment for her students that allows them to feel safe when practicing clinical skills and mostly being interactive and fun.
